All payments are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD) through certified payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
All materials on this website — including text, videos, graphics, and course content — are the intellectual property of BotWorkPro. Users are granted a non-transferable, personal license for educational use only. Copying, resale, or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
Users must act respectfully during communication and collaboration. Misuse, spamming, or harassment within the platform will lead to immediate account suspension without refund.

Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by contacting support@botworkpro.com. Access remains valid until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds apply to unused full months and are processed within 15 business days after request. Completed lessons and certifications are non-refundable.
Adjustments: Users may modify or upgrade plans at any time without penalty.
BotWorkPro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the last three months.
BotWorkPro provides educational content and guidance only. We make no claims or guarantees regarding financial outcomes, productivity results, or employment benefits. Outcomes depend on participant engagement and context.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction. Users outside Canada agree to the same governing law and forum.
We may modify these Terms periodically to reflect service changes or new legal requirements. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
